HEC Free Scholarship Programme 2019-20 for Bachelors, Masters & PhD Studies

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from Overall Pakistan/AJ&K nationals for the stipend Hugricum Scholarship Programme (2019-20), launched by the Hungarian Government under Higher Education and Scientific Exchange programme, for four years bachelors, two years masters and three years PhD studies in slected Subjects. All awards will be made on the basis of academic merit, quality or research proposal, and potential of candidates as well as the likely impact of theire work on development of Pakistan. The Programme is managed by HEC, Pakistan and Tempus Public Foundation Hungary.
